Eliminates Facial Sagging

Eliminates Facial Sagging

Men are just as likely to develop facial sagging as women; sometimes even more so because men often spend increased time outdoors. Drooping facial features can be caused by muscle laxity and sagging facial skin. The male facelift treats facial sagging that is deep and surface level, restoring a firmer appearance.

Maintains Masculine Contours

A significant hesitation of many men considering facelift is that their results won’t look natural or they will appear more feminine. Dr. Baker tailors his male facelift to follow the natural masculine contours of the face keeping the cheek and jawline definition intact. Incisions are hidden discreetly along the hairline, so they are less visible, even on men who have shorter hair.

The loss or displacement of youthful fat over time can contribute to a hollowed appearance or puffy under eyes. Fat may be repositioned during your male facelift to restore volume and create a more youthful appearance to your facial contours.
Addressing Any Concerns You May Have

Immediately following your surgery, you may experience some bruising, swelling and mild to moderate discomfort. You should rest with your head slightly elevated during the first week to avoid additional swelling. Dr. Baker will personally see you in his office every two to three days for the first two weeks following your surgery.

You should not exert yourself in the first two weeks following your surgery. Avoid direct sun exposure. Early bruising or swelling subsides after about ten days allowing you to re-engage socially. Your final results should be visible after about six weeks.
